Methodist Hospitals will hold a seminar: How Arthritis Causes Deterioration of the Joints presented by Judson B. Wood, Jr., M.D.
During the free seminar, Wood will provide a basic talk about treatments focusing on joint care. He said that he would like to host this seminar to inform the community, and give a general background, about the new total joint replacement program. The seminar will include information about the causes of joint pain and many of the latest treatment options. Participants can also receive a free arthritis screening.
The class will take place Thursday, April 21 at 6 p.m. at the Methodist Hospitals Center for Advanced Clinical Studies, 200 E. 89th Ave. Merrillville, Ind. To register, call 800-909-DOCS (3627).
