Methodist Hospitals Board of Directors is pleased to welcome three new board members; Robert E. Johnson, III, Glenn S. Vician and Reverend Cynthia Reynolds. These individuals are leading figures in their respective fields of IT, Law and the Methodist Church and bring a wealth of experience and information to Methodist Hospitals as we continue to work towards becoming the regional leader in subspecialty care.
Robert E. Johnson, III, is the President/CEO and co-founder of Cimcor, Inc. Founded in 1997, Cimcor is a software development firm that develops unique security software solutions that help organizations achieve and maintain compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and PCI. Mr. Johnson has an Associates’ Degree in Computer Programming (1989), a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Programming (1991), and a Master’s of Science Degree in Management (1996) all from Purdue University. Mr. Johnson is an inventor and has led the development of several patent-pending technologies. As a result of his passion for technology, Mr. Johnson has written numerous articles, has been a contributor to books about technology, developed several commercial software packages, and has made several television and radio appearances in regard to various information technology and security related topics.
Glenn S. Vician is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. He has been President of The Bowman Heintz Bosicia & Vincian law firm since 1988. The law firm employees over 120 people and concentrates in litigation and creditors’ rights. In addition to the law firm, Mr. Vician started and developed American Acceptance Co.,LLC in 1998. American Acceptance Co. is one of the largest privately held debt buying companies in the State of Indiana, with over $120 million of receivables purchased since 1998.
Reverend Cynthia Reynolds is the Calumet District Superintendent for the Methodist Church. She received her undergraduate degree from Ball State University and her Master of Divinity from the United Theological Seminary. Reverend Reynolds completed her Doctorate of Ministry from St. Paul School of Theology. She lead the transition team on the creation of a new Annual Conference and Chairs the Cabinet of the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church.
The leadership and vision of the Board guides the future direction of Methodist Hospitals. We are fortunate to have these community leaders join our Board of Directors and add their profound experience, expertise and dedication towards the future success of Methodist Hospitals.
