We will focus on Labor: stages of labor\, relaxation\, breathing\, and breastfeeding\, as well as newborn and parenting topics. Recommended at 7 to 8 months of pregnancy. \nFREE to mothers delivering at Methodist! Partner may attend\, but does not need to be enrolled.
