DESCRIPTION:Monday\, September 28\, 2015\n5:30 pm – 7:30 pm \nMethodist Hospitals\nNorthlake Campus Administration Building\nSeyl Auditorium\n600 Grant Street\, Gary \nMethodist Hospitals and its general contractor\, Skanksa USA\, is giving subcontractors a chance to learn about bid available packages for the upcoming Northlake Campus renovation project. \nThe meeting\, titled “Connect 4\,” is designed to provide subcontractors with the resources they need to successfully bid on projects by connecting them with community partners\, Methodist Hospitals\, contractors and Skanska. It will include bid package breakout sessions and offer partnership opportunities for both prime and minority business enterprise contractors for the Northlake project. The event is open to all subcontractors. \nThe Northlake project includes a multi-phased renovation the campus’ existing emergency department\, the creation of an eight bed surgical and nonsurgical ICU\, and updates to existing patient rooms. Construction is expected to start next month with an anticipated November 2016 completion date.
