These classes are based on the highly successful American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking Program. There are seven 90-minute to two-hour sessions over seven weeks. The Smoking Cessation classes are offered by Freedom from Smoking facilitators, Maryln Hawkins-Knight, RRT, and Kathryn Jercha, RRT. (Everyone attending, ages 18 and older)

Class Fee: $60 (Paid before class begins)

Payments must be made at Methodist’s Southlake Campus Cashier Office. Hours: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Cash, check, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted. Participants must bring receipt to the first class.

This class is free for Methodist employees and spouses covered by the Methodist Hospitals Insurance Plan. Employee must give badge number at time of enrollment.
