    What to expect as a new patient

    Once you are scheduled for a test, procedure or surgery, you will be contacted by a representative from our Patient Access Department. The purpose of this call is to verify your demographic and insurance information. Some procedures require insurance prior authorization, which needs to be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled procedure. If you are scheduled for surgery, you will receive an additional call from a nurse to discuss your procedure prior to your scheduled appointment.

    What to bring to registration

    For all services you will be asked to present your picture identification and insurance cards. For your safety, all information will be verified and you will be asked to sign consent forms and receive an armband. You should also bring essentials such as a list of your medications (if not recorded during pre-registration), clothes to wear at discharge, glasses and hearing aids. Please remember to leave valuables such as money, credit cards and jewelry at home. You will also be ask to pay any outstanding or potential patient liabilities, please see billing for more information.
