Methodist Hospitals’ Smoking Cessation Classes are based on the highly successful American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking Program, which has helped people across the U.S. take control of their health by quitting smoking. Not all cessation techniques are effective for every smoker. Develop the approach that works for you! Get valuable instruction to develop your skills in:
• Assertive Communication
• Coping
• Self-monitoring
• Stress management
• Weight Management

Class Fee: $60 (Paid before class begins)

Payments must be made at Methodist’s Northlake or Southlake Campus Cashier Office. Hours: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted. Participants must bring receipt to the first class.

This class is free for Methodist employees and spouses covered by the Methodist Hospitals Insurance Plan. Employee must give badge number at time of enrollment.
