A one day, 4 hour, course designed to assist pregnant mothers and their partners to learn about labor, delivery and immediate post partum period. We will focus on Labor: stages of labor, relaxation, breathing, and breastfeeding, as well as newborn and parenting topics. Recommended at 7 to 8 months of pregnancy. Children may not attend.
