Methodist Hospitals’ Smoking Cessation Classes are based on the highly successful American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking Program, which has helped people across the U.S. take control of their health by quitting smoking. Seven 90-minute to two hour sessions over seven weeks.
Only $60. Free to Methodist Hospitals employees and family members.
