Methodist Hospitals has appointed Doctor of Nursing Practice Frank Bradtke, DNP-L, RN, NEA-BC, CENP, as Assistant Vice President, Patient Care Services at its Northlake Campus in Gary.

Frank comes to Methodist with more than 30 years of nursing leadership experience and most recently served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at Vibra Hospital of Northwest Indiana.  HIs career has also included leadership positions at Chicago Family Health Center, Advocate Trinity Hospital and Ingalls Memorial Hospitals.

Frank’s areas of expertise include patient experience, the integration of technology in clinical care, nurse engagement and professional development, nursing operations and physician relations.

Frank holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice-Leadership degree from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, a Master of Science in Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Indiana University Northwest.  He also is Nursing Executive Advanced-Board Certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is Certified in Executive Nursing Practice by the American Organization of Nurse Executives Credentialing Center.
