• Cardiac Support Groups is offered to cardiac patients, friends and families to share personal experiences, successes and struggles, to offer one another emotional support and get practical advice and knowledge. • HOPE Support Group is offered to stroke and head injury patients, their friends and families. This support group is held on the fourth Thursday of each month, 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Southlake Campus. • Living After Loss Support Group is a group for adults grieving the death of a loved one. • Parkinson’s Disease Support Group is for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s and their friends and families. • Parkinson’s Patients Kickboxing Classes is a kickboxing class for Parkinson’s that promotes muscle memory coordination and balance. This class meets every Monday, 11:00 am to 12 noon.
