Instructions for completing the Friend of Nursing Award Nomination Form
The purpose of the Friend of Nursing Award at Methodist Hospitals is to recognize a non-nurse member of the Methodist Hospitals Team who has impacted nursing practice, nursing education, nursing administration and/or patient safety in a significant way.
Criteria for Nominees for the “Friend of Nursing Award”
- Employee in good standing at Methodist Hospitals
- Demonstrates commitment to the mission and vision of Methodist Hospitals
- Exemplifies and demonstrates a positive attitude, caring spirit, builds relationships with members of the Methodist Team Nursing Staff and consistently goes above and beyond to support nurses, nursing
